Government · Partnerships · Project Support
At Life Simplified, our job is simple: make yours easier.
How We Help
Government Navigation
From city hall to the State Capitol and the state regulatory agencies, we guide you through the rules and requirements, and show you how to work effectively with government, including legislative and elected official engagement. We identify the officials, committees, and decision makers who matter to your issue. Then we guide you on how to approach them and engage in the process. We help you build your presence the right way, early, before a deadline is pressing on you. Whether you are launching a venture, securing permits and licenses, or pursuing public contracts, we make sure your case is heard by the people who decide.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
We build and strengthen the relationships your work depends on: strategic partners, community members, local organizations, chambers of commerce, decision-makers, and everyone else you need at the table.
Project & Operations Support
Every business has important work that belongs to no one's job description: a launch to run, a decision that needs real analysis, a sale to coordinate, an initiative that has stalled. We take ownership of that work. Life Simplified takes on a small number of these special projects for founders and executives, including board and investor materials when the moment calls for it. Senior-level, confidential, and scoped to a finish line.
About Life Simplified Consulting
Life Simplified is led by a consultant with nearly 15 years of experience working alongside founders, executives, government leaders, and teams who move fast and wear many hats. Her experience spans the State Capitol, state regulatory agencies, and consulting firms serving startups, corporations, and nonprofits, including a firm that puts state programs into practice. It also includes a high-growth company, later acquired by Alphabet (Google's parent company), where policy, permitting, business development, and operations all had to move in sync.
Partnerships have always been at the center of that work: building coalitions, earning trust across the aisle, and getting the right people to the table, because that is where decisions actually get made. Along the way, that work has meant leading legislative and regulatory strategies that helped advance and protect more than $4 billion in company investments, and managing multimillion-dollar public programs with budgets of up to $50 million.
You get someone who knows how government works and how business leaders think: the pace they keep, the pressure they carry, and what they expect when they bring someone in. She knows how to get the right people to the table, and how to keep a project moving when priorities shift overnight, so you can stay focused on what matters most.
